This moon we dedicate to the power of communication and creative expression. If you have felt inspired to speak up for yourself, give presentations, sing, teach classes, write or journal...you are in the moon energy of the March full moon.
The opportunity of this month is to expand our experience of expression. Where can we express ourselves in our own unique way? Where have we been resisting expressing ourselves that we are willing to express ourselves now. We don't have to do it like anyone else, we just need to find our unique expression and do it. This month we can tap into your own unique creative muse and bring our unique expression to life. Create our own signature writing style. Create our own unique way of teaching or presenting information to others. Say what we need to say...when we need to say it ... without excessive filtering. Singing along on the radio with your own harmony or add a little "scat". What ever it looks like to you...this month is the time to try something new and something that inspires us.

One of the most powerful contribution Aidan has made to my life is introducing me to Ted.com. It is a conference that takes place every year. It is by invitation only and they collect some of the most innovative thinkers to present and share ideas. They video tape the presentations and publish them on line for the world to see. These are the presentations they have gathered over the years. The presentations are short and sweet and really powerful. Enjoy one of my favorites...
